Living at granite has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First of all, I had a hole in my closet ceiling for close to 2 months before they decided to fix it. They charge $45+ for a simple drain unclog. Now both of the elevators are broken and they are saying it is not a maintenance emergency. Do they not care if there are disabled people in the building that can’t do that many stairs or any at all? Finally, the gym is hardly an amenity. The Place is nice enough but the staff is completely unprofessional. We had a tour set up 1 hour after leasing opened, we were there early and were ready to sign same day. We had called multiple times weeks before to ensure that we would not be losing out on a spot by going to the tour which they assured us that although they can not "guarantee" anything that we had nothing to worry about.
