Living at granite has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First of all, I had a hole in my closet ceiling for close to 2 months before they decided to fix it. They charge $45+ for a simple drain unclog. Now both of the elevators are broken and they are saying it is not a maintenance emergency. Do they not care if there are disabled people in the building that can’t do that many stairs or any at all? Finally, the gym is hardly an amenity.
