We do not usually leave reviews, but this plumbing service was truly worth mentioning. We had an urgent problem at our home when the main drain line leading out to the septic system got clogged and backed up. I feel very lucky to have found Grant & Sons Plumbing. Walter was polite, patient, skilled, and dependable throughout the whole service. The price was fair, and the work quality was excellent. I have used their plumbing service twice and had a very good experience both times. First, Walter repaired the cartridge in one of my older bathroom Grohe faucets, which helped me avoid replacing the entire faucet and saved me a lot of money. Our shower drain was clogged, and they sent curtis out the next day in San Antonio. he was very friendly, arrived quickly, and took time to look over the plumbing issue. In the end, the drain was cleared after getting another opinion, and the service team followed up and made things right with a refund since the job was not completed on the first visit. i appreciated that they responded fast, were polite, and handled the situation professionally. We have an older home with a very complicated plumbing pipe setup, and when the double wye cast iron line going into the floor started leaking drain water from the whole house, we needed a plumber to handle it quickly. Santiago was able to line the cast iron pipe under the floor without tearing everything up, which saved us a lot of mess and stress.
