I've used this carpet cleaning company twice after water leaks caused some damage in my home. Both times, Eduardo and his crew took care of everything—they removed the water, dried out the walls, checked for any mold, and replaced the carpet and padding when it was needed. Highly suspicious business. Business gave us one quote over the phone and cleaner (Naor) asked for additional charge for shampoo. 2 sets of stairs for $199, cash/zelle/venmo only. Verbally said 1 month warranty. Took 3+ texts and 6+ phone calls for the correct invoice/receipt to arrive, no mention of warranty. Original appt time was 1-5 PM, cleaner called at 3 and said 45 min, but arrived at 5. Did an ok job. CA entity lookup does not exist. Would not recommend.
I recently had my carpets, tile, and upholstery cleaned by Grant & Sons Carpet Cleaners. The results were fantastic—my floors and furniture look almost brand new, and the grout is spotless. We recently had our carpets and air ducts cleaned by Grant & Sons Carpet Cleaners in Alhambra, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had a fantastic experience with this carpet cleaning service. We were considering replacing the off-white carpet in our master bedroom after spilling red nail polish, which left a big, ugly stain near the door.
