Too bad the information contained in the last review is so bogus. I have worked with Cynthia Grant and she is a consumate professional who will spend endless hours preparing candidates to land jobs. In fact she has placed over 800 people into positions. The reason folks leave jobs sometimes is that the fit is not correct, the management is not good, the working conditions are not what they were portayed to be. Cynthia Grant at Grant ProSearch is a dishonest crook – She placed a candidate into my firm and then 3 months later, just after we paid her the $20,000 placement fee, she recruited the candidate to another firm and got paid again for that. She forces both the candidate and the hiring manager to hire the candidate, even though it may not be the right fit for either. Her candidates don't stay at the jobs she finds for them for too long.

The client is referring to a candidate that was placed by our firm into what can only be considered a "hostile work environment" and the candidate quit on her own volition. That candidate knew what a good job I have done for over 800 candidates and begged me for help. I'm shocked at the 2 negative reviews! – Mrs. Grant found me an excellent job in medical sales, despite zero medical experience. Before that, she arranged several interviews for me. At the beginning of the interview process, I was raw, unaware, perhaps even naïve. She gave it to me straight (Telling me I flubbed the interview, etc) but “directed” me to the tools to get the job. My Fav – I've worked with Mrs. Grant for years now. She got me into my last job, and wouldn't doubt if she found the next one for me either. She's been honest and forthcoming with what she is looking for and expects from her recruits. I like this. She's even gotten me interviews with companies that she wasn't gaining commission from . Very professional and one of the absolute best.
Quality recrutiers - Tough love though – I originally thought what the 2 negative commentors stated. However, it is better for them to be tough on you and not fall on your face in an interview. I got my sales position through them and am looking again due to lay offs. This company is not a hole in the wall; there are alternate locations in multiple cities. Professional and will move your career foward – I disagree with the 2 comments posted. C Grant and her firm is professional and responsive. They will tell you what you need to do to get land the job. She has always returned my calls and has guided along through the interview process. I have her to thank for getting me a senior level sales position.
Unprofessional, rude – I have been a hiring manager for years and without a doubt C Grant is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have come across. I'd defenitely stay far away from this out fit if at all possible.
AVOID these people!!! They don't do anything. Hole in the wall 2 man job!!! – These guys are horrible. They don't do anything for you. At least find positions within the industry we ask for!!! Call me back for once!!! Why aren't you returning my calls?!?!?! This place is a 2 man job! No wonder you get nothing done!!! I can't believe I wasted my time talking to these people. STAY AWAY!!!
