The appointment I had with this doc was incredibly odd. It did not proceed as any other appointment I've had with a medical professional. He clearly stated in a very short time I spent with him that he did not believe the referral to him by my primary physician was needed because despite my having chronic microhematuria in increasing amounts for decades, he was merely professionally obligated to offer further testing.
