You should not answer the phone while on speaker, it's a very poor way to communicate. We are both yelling at each other just to hear simple things. Giving you my email address took several times because your too lazy to hold the phone up to your ear. How can your technical support staff not know what grit surface finish you want for your rings to properly seat? Should have been a very simple answer. Only reason I'm stuck with these guys is because they are the only supplier for these odd size multi-ringed pistons.
I am very sorry to say but trying to reach the company's tech has been impossible. They don't return calls or emails. I have an issue with oil control rings and need guidance. With no response I have purchased rings from another company
