I do not recommend this dental office anymore. My experience with them is unforgivable. I went into the office complaining about my night mouth guard. Dr. O asked me how long had I been using it? I really could not remember. My dental records were on file for her to see. Her office assured me the new mouth guard was covered under my insurance. I was relived. After getting and using the new guard. two weeks later I got a bill from my insurance provider stating it was not covered. I was not financially able to pay for the guar... read more
Went and had an xray and confirmed 2 teeth needed to be removed one on the bottom right and 1 on top left both molars... Went things where a breeze Dentist was nice polite ..catering etc. Bottom right molar numbed and removed no problem... Top left wouldnt take numbing shots so I was told since I could still feel the pain of them attempting to remove I would be a better candidate for oral surgery and pretty much got care instructions for tooth that was removed..schds an appt and I left .
