New management sucks. Many of the residents are overly wealthy, unaware, and selfish. I’ve never lived in a building with so much entitlement and judgement that it’s actually bled into the overall inklings of my day-to-day. I have to fork over $5000 on top of the monthly association fees just to pay for some renovations I never asked for, only for other residents to tell me how to use the space that I live in and pay for. I wish I could give negative stars.

One of the most unpleasant living situations I have experienced, and I live alone. The residents of this building are some of the most entitled, lonely, and futile people I’ve ever encountered. The board recently voted on a big renovation project that is costing every resident in the building $5-10k + on top of their HOA fee (depending on your unit), to which other residents still feel they have the right to police others on how to use the facility. Wow. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Do not buy a condo here. Every single person just owns outright and has always been wealthy. I don’t think they could even fathom being in trouble or having to work. It would be different if they wanted to keep it only elderly ppl 67+, but why modernize then?
