Wow. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Do not buy a condo here. Every single person just owns outright and has always been wealthy. I don’t think they could even fathom being in trouble or having to work. It would be different if they wanted to keep it only elderly ppl 67+, but why modernize then? The residents don’t know how to mind their own business. They must be taking notes from the CCP, because I feel like I’m being watched whenever I step foot out of my apartment. If I’m walking anywhere in a commonplace with people lounging, they do not hide the fact that they are watching me. I’ve had other residents accuse me of breaking in or soliciting while we are both trying to get into the building. I was really excited about the possibility of living at Grant Park Condo after reading about the friendly community and animal-friendly policies. However, my experience during a recent visit left me disappointed. When I asked the receptionist about the building's amenities, including guest parking, he was quite rude and dismissive, making me feel talked down to.
