Society management is awesome; especially Donna and Rox Anne. They are dedicated to services and care for people living in their apartments. I love staying here. Downtown Location and library in the neighborhood are a huge plus. You can save a lot of money in commutes. Laundry, postal service, water, electricity services are nice for me so far. Overall living here is a nice experience for me so far.!!
Cute, cheap, and great location
The apartments are clean and they are perfect for one person.
If the unit don't have a Window AC already you are not allowed to have one so good luck in the Summer months. They charge you $65 to park in a parking lot 2 blocks away and the MGMT strong arms the City Parking permit only to Grant Oak, they say you can only purchase the permit through them in which is incorrect, the City can issue one for $25 a year and once you do get the City permit and the MGMT catches you parking on the Street they charge you $60 extra on your months rent , automatically taken out of your Bank!.
