Grant Management Services has the highest turnover I have ever seen in a company, and that right there should be telling your board members to run..that is just the tip of the iceberg / facade. Every board member at my old complex left after seeing what Grant was doing to our finances, how caught "mistakes" were blamed on her employees..then Marsha would call and ask to speak with you to see what she can do to personally make you feel better and drop the case of finding her "mistake" of missing money...I did not entertain it... read more

I had a very bad experience with Marsha Management Company while they managed my co-op at Westmoreland Gardens. The co-op was extremely poorly managed, which was surprising given how high our dues were. Despite paying these high fees, the grounds were not maintained at all. The grass was often overgrown, making the property look neglected and uninviting.
