Marsha Grant, the president of this company, is the worst person I've ever worked with. She's very rude, unprofessional, harsh, and very aggressive. She refused to answer basic questions about our building and kept interrupting me during our conversations.

I had a very disappointing experience with this management company. Communication was unprofessional and dismissive. I felt I was treated differently compared to others. I called Marsha Grant about some situation in my co-op, she wouldn't let me finish my sentences, and she made excuse to hang up. A couple days later, my husband called her again, her attitude changed 360 and she answered all his questions and responded immediately. The level of the professionalism, discrimination and prejudice fell far below expectations.
