I know you're not supposed to pick your realtor based on how attractive they are, but in this case, these rules go out the window. If you need somebody who's extremely intelligent, well-spoken, will either find the best deal for you or sell your house for the absolute most money possible, and provide some eye candy during the process, look no further.
