I placed an order years ago that they never shipped. I have bought thousands of things online and this is probably the worst company I have dealt with, ever. It's been over a decade and I still remember how this place screwed me of my money and told me to "F off," that's how bad they are. Basically never shipped door handle shavers and when I asked about it after 4 months they were incredibly rude and said I wasn't getting them, and if I wanted a refund they would charge a 25% restocking fee.
