Grant was an excellent buyer's agent. We just purchased out first OC condo and it was clear that he knew every building inside and out. He didn't just open the door for us to tour, he provided invaluable insight into the building itself and HOA at each stop. He was quick to respond, communicated clearly, and helped us find the place that was right for us. He also provided excellent contractor recommendations. We would definitely work with Grant again.
