Grant Fritschle is not only an outstanding agent but also an outstanding human. I worked with Grant for a condo search in Ocean City. He is extremely knowledgeable on different buildings, their history, and their HOAs. Being able to understand what you're walking into regarding your HOA is essential. He has great attention to detail and is not afraid to push you away from a bad situation even if it means potentially losing a deal for himself. He gives honest advice and is transparent. I would definitely recommend Grant and use him in the future.

I highly recommend Grant as a realtor in Ocean City, MD. We used him as an agent to buy a vacation condo and to sell one. On both sides of the transaction, Grant was knowledgeable and professional. As a life long resident of Ocean City, he certainly knows the market. He has relaxed demeanor and we never felt pressured in any manner.
Grant was great with our search process. He was knowledgeable about properties . He would visit properties and send us virtual tours when we couldn't travel to OC to view properties.
