Went today, lady at front desk, customer service needs to be priority, little more welcoming and to pay attention more so patients or visitors don't have to keep repeating themselves. If someone works at a front desk and can not take the time to multi task and welcome someone coming in door, then she may need to collect herself a little more or get someone to help the visitor while she is on the phone.
