Was very specific on the phone with both Robert and the dispatched electrician for my electrical needs do not recall being told there is a $135 service fee ( I’m sure he did tell me). The dispatched electrician took a look at what I needed and was very upfront and honest within about 10 or so minutes looking at the issue told me this would take him a very long time due the work and he would have to do research that I was better off finding someone else. -3 stars as there is a service fee for no work rendered. +2 stars as the... read more
Robert and his guys are good. Usually able to make time to take care of issues for me quickly when it's an emergency.
Called one day, he was here the next. Can't ask for better than that. Knowledgeable and personable, very positive experience!
