Grandmother stored her camper here. Was broken in to and lived in several times. As they stayed there they used the toilet and completely filled the septic. Stolen items out of the camp trailer as well. Would definitely look for somewhere safer to store your items/equipment

Do not waste your money! Our “security code” would work randomly, at best. Multiple times we were denied access and several times we were locked INSIDE the gate. Once, we had to wait inside for over an hour until another renter opened the gate for their own entry. Their phone number only led to a voicemail and it would be a day or two before anyone responded. After multiple complaints, they wouldn’t even give us a single month of credit as a courtesy. Do not waste your money or trust your valuables with this place.

This place is a scam. First off, it’s not “secure” when literally anyone get get through the gate by typing any number into the kiosk. Even the local police department told me that after my trailer and raft were stolen behind a “secured” gate. Second I was lied to by the manager who told me the suspect was a tenant of the place, I later followed up with the police and they told me he was not a tenant! Thankfully they have security cameras which caught the thief and the local police were able to quickly locate the guy!

Good luck moving in. There’s no clear instructions on how to get through the gate and no lock box to remove the lock on your unit. Call ahead to get the lock taken off and learn how to enter the gate code.
