I would give them 0 stars if I could. Office is terrible they never answer the phones or respond to your calls or messages. my ceiling in the bedroom collapse during a rain storm and water came pouring in and maintaince used my blanket and pillows from my bed to soak up the water. Then when I moved out the office sent me a bill for 1500.00 for damages that were not all caused by me. I recently dropped off a Doordash here after dark and did not feel safe. Front entry lights were out, and there were literally night lights plugs into wall outlets to serve as interior hallway lighting.

Warning ⚠️ never rent from this place! Unless you want to pay for an overpriced apartment with the building falling apart. The property is never maintained! Maintenance doesn’t even change air filters. Always plan every year to be without water, gas or electricity due to maintenance problems with the building because the upkeep is nonexistent.They rarely even cut the grass and trim the hedges. My neighbors balcony looks like it’s about to collapse. And as of right now we have been without gas for over a week due to so many g... read more
