Lately, it is very disturbing listening to the day-to-day news about despicable actions by law enforcement officers in the United States of America. Today I saw a video on YouTube. The officer on this video was showing professionalism at its finest. If I am not mistaken, this officer is Mr. D. Canfield. Please allow me to congratulate Deputy Canfield to showing the world how to interact with the people whom he sworn to serve and protect.

So I just saw the video of one of your Sheriff's being pulled over by that citizen. I would just like to give some props and respect to Deputy Canfield because 9 out of 10 cops would have flipped that hardass switch on, and would have tried to turn something around on the citizen and end up arresting him. Deputy Canfield was clearly unaware he was in breach of state law, but what I really admired is how he listened to the citizen, and was open to possibly learning about the reality of that situation. I feel like not enough is being done at Lakeview Park about the Drug Situation. There's a very active drug house down the street from me ... I have reported it numerous times to the Sheriffs Dept & INET. Nothing !! The City of Soap Lake has busted 15 different drug houses in the past year. What is wrong with this picture.?????
