I would like to know how Moses Lake Police Department ignore domestic violence reports from MANDATORY Reporters, Grant County Sheriffs' Department, and Washington State Patrol all ignore it all How is this allowed in our State someone please tell me this
Normally, when driving my car, I set my cruise control, yes, a couple of miles over the posted speed, but not enough to get stopped. Ok, so on Saturday, my wife, daughter, daughter's dog and I head out in my wife's car to Pullman for our daughter's graduation. We are heading down highway 17, eating our Arby's, not really in a hurry, and oops, I pass a patrol car heading the other direction.
