I’m a current resident of Grant Commons. After asking for a replacement parking pass for one that was broken, a replacement never came. My car was towed from its spot behind the apartment at a cost of $160. Roni, the apartment manager, was extremely rude in saying that the situation was somehow my fault and that I was not allowed to use the parking spot for some reason. Horrible place to live. Incompetent and inefficient managers. Do not lease just run. They can't handle issues in a proper manner and they ALWAYS have pathetic excuses for everything. Poor quality of appliances, mice and mold in the "renovated unit".
