Only 2 people to service standing customers in line. The "Penny Round Up" to a Nickel is the same as adding your "Tip" to the bill when you swipe your card. It's like you loose the right to choose if you got good service & "They" earned the tip beyond what they already get paid & you pay as a customer. (Just an observation 🤔). I can't bring my self to leave lower stars on a small business... I suppose this place is great for Chesterfield, but it would never stay in business in Richmond. I went to order a bagel and latte. They don't have simple syrup—not a big deal. I go to order the bagel—the price listed on their electronic board is 18% lower that what they rung it up at (the boards price INCLUDED cream cheese, but he rung it up with that as a base price, with an additional charge for cream cheese). 10/10 recommend I went for the first time today and was very impressed! Friendly staff, well cleaned store and great prices!
Kind of pissed because of the coffee grinds at the bottom of my iced late, my Husband got it for me from here. See photos. Drink was tasting okay other than the added coffee grinds. It's a coffee shop so I didn't expect this. This was almost 10 bucks.
