I spent 45 minutes of my day on hold just to make an appointment. No one answered. I even asked for a call back on the automated system. Twice. No call came. No message that they are closed. I can't even get an appointment.
$40k and they can't even send the prescriptions to the right address. Edit: they got the issue resolved finally which is appreciated.
