I spent 45 minutes of my day on hold just to make an appointment. No one answered. I even asked for a call back on the automated system. Twice. No call came. No message that they are closed. I can't even get an appointment.
$40k and they can't even send the prescriptions to the right address. Edit: they got the issue resolved finally which is appreciated.
During my stay I’m just thankful that my daughter stayed with me both days and nights...I’m not the one to complain about anything, but the PSA & Nurses on the night shift are horrible. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the support team (PSA) bought the rating down. All I wanted was to pee and get an ice pack.
