I called to make a appointment, and the lady said she is not able to tell me if they take my insurance, I asked if there was someone else that maybe knows, she said she is not in the office, that really just made me not even want to schedule, how do you not know what pays yall!
My new Doctor..Dr.Doyle.Was kind and helpful.The staff and nurses was kind and helpful.
Well I wish I had more experience at this place but a phone call will tell me enough. Originally I was wanting to use Grant Bexley Family Care as my go to care but not when someone at the desk isn’t willing to help me figure out a question. She did not even attempt to help give me any ideas on what I should try to do for my situation. No thanks, we all want to work with someone with good service, she did not have it.
Dr. Doyle has been our family practitioner since he started practicing here. 30 years I think. And now he’s also the doctor for several others in our family. He’s caring, intelligent, and knowledgeable. His nurse Colleen is the same. We’ve at times been seen by others and always found them to be the same - friendly, professional, capable.
