As customers, we only need to pay the fair repair costs, and the labor hours are calculated very reasonably. There's none of the deceptive practices common in the industry. Quality work at lower prices than what I was quoted from other auto repair shops including the one i have used for 10 years. Thank you Grant and 2 thumbs up for the work you do at better prices. Highly recommend.
Dealt with the owner and shop mechanic. Very friendly shop. They figured out the problem with my truck and had me back on the road in record time. I would recommend this place to anyone living in Thunder Bay or passerby’s needing assistance.
terrible place, waited 3 weeks to get in, asked them to remove my catalytic converter (two rusty nuts) to gain access to the broken shifter cable thats connected under the floor to the floor shifter, (i specified you can not access the cable via inside) what happens? i get told the catalytic converters rotten (lie, its not rotten with holes,) and that i have gotten the Wrong cable (lie 2) they never bothered to touch the catalytic converter yet somehow have the know it all to tell me its the wrong cable without even touching... read more
