Had a roof extension built at our house. Was leaking after install. He came back once and "fixed" it. Then never returned calls or anything afterwards. Even though we had a "lifetime" warranty. We ended up reporting him to the BBB. . It's been a few years now and now when it rains heavy the roof leaks from every panel. Spend the extra money hiring better quality.
Gave a good price but NEVER called back.. Always sick!!
I recently employed Granny’s Guy to put in some garage racks at my personal residence, replace some flooring, and swap out my HVAC controller units to some Smart Home capable units. So far, everything fits and work perfectly with zero problems. Mark, the owner/contractor, always kept me informed along the way and actually had a great personality (sorry customer service is a lost art).
