Great service if you don't mind paying more for added work thats not needed to be done.
WORST CAR PLACE EVER Went there because my starter went out. Told the lady i ONLY want a diagnostic which she said was about 40 dollars i think. so a couple days later my mom calls to see whats going on with my car. The lady at the car place said she wants to put a starter in to see if that was really a problem, not explaining we would have to pay extra for that after i already said i just want a diagnostic... Stay Away! Truck failed safety due to a muffler issue which was present last year when they passed it apparently and also due to a crack in the rear window which was also there last year when they passed it.
Awesome Work Cindy (the owner) treats us like gold! She stands behind her work. We have all 14 of our company trucks maintained by Grannys and they can do it all. I really appreciate their honesty and on time service.
Owner Response We apologize to Max for his comments and his dissatisfaction. However, we are required by law to correctly inspect vehicles and a shattered rear window (rear of truck, not passenger side) and excessive holes in exhaust fall in this category. We called the UHP regarding this issue and they agreed with our opinion. Our inspector waited about two hours for the truck to arrive and did leave a half an hour early after not hearing from the truck owner. My favorite!:) I personally love Granny's because I took my first car to them in high school and they treated me amazing, kept me informed on everything going on with my car, excellent prices and awesome customer service. They took the time to know me personally and remember me to this day. I have taken ever car I have owned for every little problem to these guys. Truly amazing!!!
Granny's you can trust! Excellent customer service, and she stands behind her work. Took our Van in for a engine light. Code reader said O2 sensor issues. Other shops we took it to wanted to replace which would cost allot of money. Granny's mechanic found out that wires connecting O2 had corroded, repair was MUCH less costly. I really like Granny and her staff, if your in Utah county this is the place to bring your car!
GRANNY! I personally love Granny's Automotive because the owner is very sweet and she actually cares about each individual. She is an extrodinary woman! When I take my vehicle there it actually gets taken care of. They use the right parts they need to get the job done right. When you walk in it has a certain look to it that actually is Trustworthy Old Fashioned Service!
