Friendly local business Owners were very kind, friendly & very personable! I had no issues with payment; drafted on time every month. Very clean & well maintained facilities. Good storage for a good price! I always recommend them to my friends :)

I rented a storage from Granny’s Attic Self Storage for two years while my husband was deployed. Times were tough and sometimes I barely could pay my storage bill. The manager worked with me, thank goodness bc any other place would have sold my storage. My unit was clean except for a few spiders, but this was to be expected with a unit being closed for this amount of time. I received a great deal from the store manager. She was very helpful and was able to rent me the correct size storage unit, The place is very clean and close to my apartment

Do not use them for U-Haul. They didnt have the truck I reserved, or any truck, and didnt bother to tell me until I called to leet them know i was coming. In fact, I called the day prior to confirm and they didnt say anything then either. Then when I found out, they told me to call U-Haul to fix it. That is great customer service we look for dont we? Dont use...Support business that care about customer service... They do not.

Worst Storage Facility in Tennessee Our experience with Granny's Attic has been the worst out of every storage experience we have ever had. The units themselves are in disrepair, with holes in the walls big enough to see into the adjacent units, and when we went to clear our things out, it was COVERED in mice and spiders. Not ten, but HUNDREDS, and this is with us putting down traps and poison. The woman who runs this place has been extremely rude every time either of us talked to her.
