I needed a custom cake for my fiancée’s birthday and I did some searching to see who had the skill to pull off this cake. I must have messaged at least 5-6 different bakeries with details of what I wanted and only two replied with the intent to make this cake. After I sent detailed instructions on how I wanted it one just bailed with no response (that’s not a way to get good reviews) and that left me Adele who was willing to make this cake for me. I decided to try this bakery and order a birthday cake because it received some great reviews. However, unfortunately, I was really disappointed! The vanilla cake was very heavy and seemed undercooked to us. The icing was fine, but nothing extraordinary. I’m sorry to say, but I will be going back to the bakery that I have used for years.

Our butter vanilla cake is described as "dense and rich". It is not a "light and fluffy" cake - it is made from-scratch with lots of good old-fashioned butter, egg yolks, and sour cream. On Sunday much to our surprise we were given the Gray Converse Sneaker cake for our Fathers day celebration. It was not only beautiful and well crafted, it was a work if art!!! The chocolate cake was absolutely delicious flavorful and moist. I'd have to say it was one of the best cakes we've ever had. If you have a special occasion or just want to treat yourself , I would highly recommend Custom Cakes by Adele 👍

Not only were they so kind and more than willing to accommodate a last minute custom order for a small wedding cake, but also it was the most delicious and beautiful cake, both by the slice and shoved in our faces.
