So disappointed with Granny Nannies. Need care for my mom, Andrea came out to do the paperwork and get things started and I never heard from her. I called and spoke with Andrea again and she assured me that she would get someone to help and again never heard from her. If this is how it is, I guess I am blessed that she did not call me back. I hope that the patients that are in the care of Granny Nannies get better treatment.
Granny Nannies was definitely a breath of fresh air. They made my mother really happy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for a better, more dedicated team of individuals. I have, and always will recommend this company to anyone needing Alzheimer's care.
