I work across the street. They purposely dumped a lot of black tar scrappings, off the inside of their incinerators into their general garbage can. When the jerk who was driving for Recology Waste Management truck picked up my contractor's garbage, he drove over fast into our lot. All the hazardous waste exploded out of his truck and all over me and my area of work because the inside contents were already moving inside his truck and adding our garbage just pushed all that nasty hazardous waste right out.
