We’re extremely disappointed with the quartzite we purchased. It does not meet the quality we were promised, and several noticeable defects became apparent shortly after installation. Despite bringing these issues to the company’s attention, their response has been dismissive and unhelpful. We invested a significant amount expecting a durable, high-end product, but what we received falls far below those expectations. Warning — beware: As a general contractor, the quartzite we purchased is defective, and our concerns were completely dismissed, despite paying for what was represented as a quality product. I had heard minor complaints in the past, but this experience confirms a larger issue. It appears second-grade material is being used, and the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others and would not recommend this company to any of my clients moving forward.
They have a wonderful selection and the prices are very good. Will go again.
