I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Dr. Ellingson did an amazing job initially, and that’s why this has been especially disappointing for me to write. After investing over $10,000 in veneers, I have been trying to schedule a revision appointment due to concerns with my results. Dr. Ellingson and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process. I went in with a loose tooth that needed extraction, and Dr. Ellingson personally referred me to an oral surgeon and coordinated everything. He had the lab fabricate my flipper and arranged for it to be sent directly to the oral surgeon’s office so it could be delivered right away—such a smooth process. Argumentative, Combative, and Completely Lacking Communication (Edit 4 months later: they told me twice it will take till the end of the month to process refunds. Still no refund of my $200) When I arrived, the dentist examined my broken tooth and said, “Oh yeah, it definitely needs to come out today.
