Having heard about the product from their son, Justin Braswell who was then working in the Raleigh location, they decided it was an excellent alternative to demolition remodeling. placed order on June 13th, horrible customer experience and do not trust their word...I had an install of August 29th and prepared all weekend for this appt to clear kitchen only to receive a call 733 am the day of installation and cannot do, and now scheduled for Sept 21st which is unacceptable....going thru Lowes directly to make this right, do not do business with this company their word means NOTHING....
