Signed a contract. Was told 3 weeks to compete. I canceled the contract after failure to provide service after 3 months. Requested a refund and the check bounced. Do not use Scott *******with a Granite Transformations of LR.
Terrible Customer Service not only did they block me the Owner lies and tells me his Employees phone is disconnected. They took my money and are not calling me or informing me of any install date. It has been over a month and nothing has happened. Do not do Business with this Company. I am starting to believe they are having financial Problems therefore no communication.

We are installing this customer on 9/21. We have stayed in contact and had to wait for another contractor to finish their portion of this job. I have email communication with Ms S******* that has always been pleasant. She requested 9/21 due to the fact that she is off and wants to be there so she can give us final payment. From the sale date, we have templated her job, on in a timely manner.
I was very pleased with the work Granite Transformations did in updating my home. They did my kitchen counter tops, my desk area, and my fireplace. They were very helpful in helping me to select the right color and style for the granite and backsplash areas. I would highly recommend them.
All the staff from sales to installation were courteous and helpful. I love my new countertops!
