They can raise your rent whenever they want and they do. 6 months 9 months 10 months you never know and you never know how much. And when you ask they can't tell you. Stay away unless very short term. Also big mouse problem. Request for at least an email explaining policy got nothing. Only the new so-called manager says we can raise your rent whenever we want. I moved out after many many years. To a place that could tell me what their increase policy was

Manager at the desk is great, she was very easy to talk to and welcoming, however facility was not. I wanted a temperature controlled unit which they said they supplied, however when I looked at the units they offered I was less than impressed. It was hot and stuffy, not somewhere I want to store my belongings.
