Very poor service and accounting. Charges are not automatically processed. Many times we were charged the wrong amount and had to fight for refunds. Management very inefficient and poor.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two months. No one is ever in the office, airport road or post road. I have spoken to customer service and they have said they escalated the issue to the district and regional managers, but no one has contacted me back yet. I started hand delivering payment to avoid late fee because of their “issues with the mail” (according to an email received in September) and they still charge the fees. Avoid them at all costs.

We went to our storage unit to move in on 11/30 - the unit was filled with leaves & garbage. Called Cust. Svc. and told no one was available but would receive a call from the manager the next day. We live two hours away and had to borrow a broom and clean it ourselves prior to putting into the unit. I have not heard anything in three weeks.
