Guy’s customer service is exceptional. His communication is excellent, and his after sales service is admirable. I went to the store with my sister initially, and we really liked the range of stone and granite available. Guy was very knowledgeable, but never pushy. We repaved our outdoor areas earlier this year. We looked at lots of options and decided to go with the Nebula colour travertine from Guy at Granite & Stone Gallery. I found him very helpful and easy to deal with. It took a long time to find a contractor to do the work and he was good about holding the materials for us. We also cladded a retaining wall with stone from him.
