I’m feeling prompted to write a review of this practice. I join Granit State Pain care probably about seven years ago and I even moved offices twice no three times after the pandemic and my pain has in addressed I have a doctor I really like and listens to me… I had a friend look up another MD of mine and say well. She has such negative reviews I never had that experience and I’ve never had that with this practice act as you’re gonna find sometimes higher than longer wait times for a phone call, maybe that depends on the tim... read more
Dr Kaufmaun doesn't even deserve 1 star.. Stay away this guy will leave you when you most need him.. Used Car Salesman
People are nice and helpful. Nightmare to get anyone on the phone. You are in phone messages for at least a minute and 1/2 every time you call and get put in to voicemail. No matter how much you call, you get voicemail and have to listen to the same long drawn out message. Trying to reach someone usually take a few days.
Absolutely an unmitigated diaster. These PA's and Dr' believe nothing and don't want to help patients with long term accute pain. They can't even prescribe medications according to manufacture recommendations. Sad that this is all we have available.
