I am so underwhelmed by this practice. I was referred to them by ortho for severe pain due to sciatica (to receive a steroid shot). The first number I was given was for a branch they had in my town. When I called it, I was sent to a voicemail that said the office was closed but was open M-R, 8-5. (I was calling on a Monday at 11). I left a detailed voice message. Heard nothing back. I spent 5 minutes with the provider at my first, and only, visit. I had put extensive effort into obtaining all my medical history. This person who isn't even listed as a provider on their web page said he/she "wasn't comfortable" having me as a patient. I asked what the provider "wasn't comfortable" with. I was told "all of it", end of subject, end of appointment. I have been associated with Granite State Pain Associates for over 25 years and have been treated in Sommersworth, Merrimack and now in their Wolfeboro NH office. No matter where I have been treated the entire staff has always been caring, polite and professional. Everyone there has a sincere desire to help you no matter what your problem may be.
