I went to this clinic for my initial appt. I had a good experience with Melinda. I asked them if they could fax my office notes for that day to my insurance company so that I could get paid, as I was on short term disability. They seemed nice and said they would take care of it . I have called them numerous times and I am being told that the notes have not been signed off by the dr. This is now 3 weeks later and my office notes have not been signed off from.
