George was particularly very helpful in educating my husband and I on different types of granite. We had been shopping around, and he has quality granite for the most reasonable prices. Material selection was great. Original sales tech was personable and accessible. Unfortunately she quit haveway through the project. Price was reasonable. Template maker seemed great. That's when anything good ended. Installation took multiple trips due to forgetting to bring any backsplashes, then bringing wrong size. During installation the installer decided to just cut a slot hole in my exterior wall because the countertop was not fabricated correctly. Did it without even discussing with me.
