Kyle, Kim and team are outstanding. Always responsive and always go the extra mile for the client. Kyle has a small business owner mentality in addition to being an insurance expert which is extremely rare and makes him a great fit for business owners like myself. Kim is top-notch on personal insurance side as well.

I was happy with them for a few years covering renters insurance but then switched to be combine renters with my auto company to get a discount, so I cancelled with granite. They told me I'd get a refund and it was cancelled, but it's been a month, I haven't received my refund, AND I was charged for this month too.
