DO NOT RENT HERE – This complex is nice and management appears nice and helpful, at first. However, the back out of agreements they make with you. They agreed verbally to accept my payment a few days late every month due to when I get paid and I did that for about 6 or 7 months then they started charging me late fees. Then in December, they told me that any previous agreements would not be honored and started charging me late fees again.
