Hello I’ve been living at Granite Ridge Apartments with my grandma for my entire life and overall it’s been a great experience. The units are nice and clean which makes it a very enjoyable place to live. The management team, Erin, Barry, and Brad have been super helpful and responsive any time we've had questions or maintenance requests. Things get handled quickly, which I really appreciate. And that's the reason I'm still here.(love elevator access)😊 It's a very convenient location,for families. Schools, daycares, park, metro transit, easy freeway access,shopping, eats and treats! Hi, my name is Sharon and I've lived at granite ridge for 31 years. Through all the changes I still love living here. It's near things. It's accessible to shopping eating main streets that get you where you need to go. We have new management and Lydia is really great. She's very accessible, easy to talk to and helps quickly when there's a problem. John Is our Handyman. I'm sure he has another title, but he is great.
