I recommend the Granite Ridge apartments quiet place to live and when there is a problem the manager Vanlee solves it immediately she is very good at her job, respectful, friendly and very professional with her work Recomiendo los apartamentos Granite Ridge; es un lugar tranquilo para vivir y cuando surge algún problema, la administradora Vanlee lo resuelve de inmediato. I have had a great experience with the manager Vanle. She is always willing to answer my questions and take rent payment.
My first month living here was fine, but everything went downhill fast. I started seeing roaches, silver fish and ended up catching a total of eight mice during my time here. The building is extremely noisy—kids running up and down the halls at all hours, and trash constantly left in the common areas. Management is basically nonexistent. No one is ever in the office, and they never respond to emails or phone calls. Overall, I was miserable living here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
