The views from some of the homes the sales agent showed me were amazing. On some of the locations wasn’t sure about the privacy in the backyards with the see through fencing on some of the homes. Other than that this home works for me. Timing is other issue as their next homes available won’t be ready until January 2020. They have some homes available now, but too soon for me.
The homes are a good value for the money. It’s difficult to find anything in the 2,000 sq.ft. range below $400,000 for a detached home. I can’t even find a decent 2 bedroom condo 900 sq.ft. for under $400,000 in the OC. The features included in the home are better quality than most new homes I have seen. I like that the homes are in the hills and in a gated community too.

Great homes with great views and many upgrade and package options. No one else has 3 story homes. Not in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
Overall happy because of the value of the home. I couldn’t imagine that I could get a home this size for $398,000. The down side is that there are delays due to rain, and what the Builder says is Edison delays. Fortunately, the delays did work in my favor with interest rates becoming better in January. The sales and construction staff are great though. I would have given them a 5 star had it not been for the delays.
The builder, Far West Building Industries, is running extremely late on building my home. As a result, I am being charged a rate extension fee and Far West is refusing to help pay for it. It would be best to choose another builder that takes care of it's new home owners .
