since management has changed to Trillium, we've had nothing but positive experiences with management, but especially maintenance. they have been able to install functional appliances when ours broke down, and have been very responsive and communicative. I've had great customer service from Joe and Chase on the Trillium Maintenance team, and they've been great.
No issues at all. I am here on business and I am renting a short-term lease apartment here. All bills included and fully furnished. Covered parking included and internet. Great location and convenient. I have not had any issues. All dishes, utensils, and small appliances are top of the line. No complaints
This company is a fraud!! People who need their lease to be takeover are being lied to, their deposit being taken by this company, and charged more money for getting out of their lease the responsible way.(even when they do find someone to take their lease over). Just to rent it out for higher prices and get another deposit. The greedy man getting greedier!!
