The communication at Granite Plus has a lot to be desired. The initial time we went to the company everyone seemed very friendly. After we had selected our granite and signed our contract with a deposit it was very difficult to get in touch with our sales person again. Every time I called I was told she was on the phone or with another customer. She never returned our phone calls. My wife and I decided to upgrade our kitchen countertops. After comparing several shops, we chose Granite Plus. Granite Plus helped us through the entire project. Our sales person was knowledgeable and very patient with us. The construction crews (removal and installation) were very knowledgeable and were very careful with our house.
