The communication at Granite Plus has a lot to be desired. The initial time we went to the company everyone seemed very friendly. After we had selected our granite and signed our contract with a deposit it was very difficult to get in touch with our sales person again. Every time I called I was told she was on the phone or with another customer. She never returned our phone calls. My wife and I decided to upgrade our kitchen countertops. After comparing several shops, we chose Granite Plus. Granite Plus helped us through the entire project. Our sales person was knowledgeable and very patient with us. The construction crews (removal and installation) were very knowledgeable and were very careful with our house. RecommendedWe wanted a bigger island and decided to change all our kitchen counter tops. Granite Plus had the best prices, top knotch customer service with quick responses to emails, questions, and concerns. The installers were professional and did a beautiful job. The pictures don’t reflect how gorgeous my counter tops are now. I now have nature’s art pieces in my home. I highly recommend Granite Plus and already gave their name to my coworker. First time ever putting granite in my house I called multiple places. Some were pushy trying to make a quick deal others with bad customer service.
