We recently used them for new countertops in our home and were very happy with them! Sara stayed late to help us because we were coming over an hour away and got caught in traffic, we were so grateful! We were decisive and had new countertops within a couple weeks!! Definitely recommend! This company was also almost 1k less than another place we tried. Thank you so much!! 🙏
The lack of customer service and support is insane. Granite planet installed $3200 in quartzite countertops into my home last may. After several blemishes and dull spots were noticed after installation it took almost a year to get them out to address the issue. I was told by the owner that his employees did not apply the sealer properly. After a 10 month game of phone tag he sent guys out to re polish the tops. My good friend just got her kitchen counters redone through Granite Planet and they look phenomenal! I am looking to redo my kitchen soon and I am already looking at what they have for when I redo mine.
