The process of picking out our counter top slap was super easy. Sara was very helpful and accommodating when we changed our mind. The installation was the complete opposite. The guys had to cut a hole in the wall to make the counter top fit within the space. I get it all walls are not always square, but they cut out to much and tried to hide it with caulk. I am very pleased with my granite countertop purchase and installation! Sara, my salesperson was very helpful. Once I found a slab I liked, Sara showed me how we could map the specific area I liked for my counter top. Once my deposit was paid, my countertop was installed seven days later. The two men completing the install were professional and took great care in bringing the countertop in through my small hallway. I would certainly recommend Granite Planet.
Selection is nice, staff was friendly however follow up with an issue is lacking. The people who came out to install could not communicate well and was one hour and 15 minutes late getting there so here at 6:15 in the evening we had them installing my bathroom counter. The faucet hole that was drilled was too far back so I cannot lift the drain plug because the rod hits my backsplash. Had to go buy a push pull drain instead of having them fix it because they wanted to remove the backsplash and try to mill it down ( I just pa... read more
