I'm so glad I went with them. The people at the warehouse do not hold your hand and help you decide what to pick out, it is a self-serve atmosphere but that is why their prices are so amazing. No one was ever rude to me as other reviews have said. I requested a quote and David came out to me house a week later and measured my kitchen and provided me with a quote. Nice selection. Not awesome. But then the prices are awesome. Pieces are pre-cut so you're not buying a whole slab of granite like other places. I needed a couple of pieces for remodel small kitchen in condo. Talked with guy at counter to understand some of the terminology and process. Excellent granite for a great price! Check out their scraps of granite for a really great deal. They also have high quality discounted sinks, faucets, etc. We have been very happy with everything we have gotten from here.

We received very good service and if they said they were coming, they came. Remember that this is an outlet not a full service, high end shop, so you're not going to get the help and hand holding you might in the other places. That's the down side. The up side is their product is excellent and they do great work for right about 1/6th of the cost other places. We had a quote, from Costco no less, for $14,000 for our counters and all in with granite outlet, we spent around $2,500. We forgot to order the windowsill, so they had... read more

So happy with the service we received from Granite Outlet. I'm not sure why the reviews are hit or miss. We walked in and were immediately helped. We told the man working the counter what our budget was and he showed us everything in our price range and patiently waited as we took our time - even close to closing. We rented an A-frame very affordably to transport the granite and they even helped us strap it down when we weren't sure how to. Will be back again soon for granite in our bathrooms.

I went here to look for granite or nice marble. I found some amazing marble that I am in love with. The price point is amazing for what you get. They also provide free samples which a lot of places do not do now of days. They will cut your marble as long as you have a template. I'm fine looking around and not needing my hand held so I was content with them not bugging me. I'm an adult and know what i like and can decide what I don't like so I appreciated the space. This is the best place to choose and purchase your granite! It started with our kitchen and now they just finished our bathroom tub shower surround. Their install teams are fabulous and they always go the extra mile!! Don't hesitate for a moment

Amazing prices on beautiful granite. If you subcontract through them, competitive pricing on installers. After a mishap, Granite Outlet made it RIGHT and I had no issues with them at all. They worked with the contractors searched and found a great piece that flowed better. Even though the project was delayed it still has super fast compared to other companies given timelines. Tip: Make sure you oversee yourself to make sure seams are placed in inconspicuous areas.

I would highly recommend using this company to my friends. As for customer service. I decided after I bought the backsplash that it would look better w/o it. I also switched out the color of one bathroom and had to go back and get a smaller kitchen sink. So I went back twice and had no problems with the customer service. Hope this helps!
