granite outlet I used these guys for my kitchen counter tops (I did the entire remodel myself so it was a no-brainer) and things were fine, so I went back. BIG MISTAKE. This time, I wanted my master bath remodeled and didn't want to do the work so they set me up with a contractor. Worst Experience Ever Stay as far away from them as possible. They have the worst customer service ever. Once they take your money, they won't give you a firm delivery date, which changes from day to day. They make delivery promises that they keep changing and blaming it on the manufacturer. Don't even bother complaining to the manager/president as he can't assist you. Their automated recording is a lye, they don't have over 80 slabs of granite to select from. It is all a lie. Service review Big list of granite available. They send a measurement, I paid for half and signed the contract and a week later they came to install it. I recommend!
Hard as a rock counter tops... This shop is located in an industrial park. The place doesn't look much but what else can you can about a place that sells granite. The selection is modest. They show you around the shop and you get to pick the slab of granite from what's available at the time. The prices are decent and they do their own cutting.
