I have been going to Atrius health for over 30 years, my Dr, Guy Spinnelli just retired but the transition was made so easy by them, great Doctors, Nurses and aids, I cannot say enough how easy they have made visits.
I just switched primary cares and this was my first time here. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. Every interaction I had at my appointment was very pleasing. Update I have had now over 5 appointments here and it really seems like they take customer service very seriously here.
Do you enjoy the waiting for the Dr. for over 30 minutes? How about having your Dr. not believe the symptoms you have or trust that you know what you’re talking about (here’s looking at you ladies)? Then this place is definitely the place for you. Otherwise I’d find a practice that actually listens and if they are running 30 minutes late, apologizes and offers even one iota of sympathy. I’d find a different Dr. because I can tell you right now, this place does not do either of those things.
Not recommended at all- as part of my physical, Dr (Kelsey Kimball) asked me whether i have any concern. When i explained one of my new body condition, she said i need to go for a specialist and gave me a referral and now they are charging me more than $250 for the same. Totally disappointed with their approach. I am going to another Atrius center for my kids physical and any referral they give is totally covered as part of the physical.
I have been seen by Dr. Riadd, Maura NP, lab techs and spoke with a phone triage nurse. All encounters were extremely thorough, on time, professional, courteous and very caring. Plenty of parking, easy access. I'm very happy switching to this practice.
